These attitudes could lead to your permanent termination from a company

When you have secured a job on your company, you have to work on your attitude to keep it.

When you want to sustain a job, then you need to develop yourself to feel secure on your job.

Because people are constantly hunting for that same position you are in right now.

But apart from that, even after upgrading your skills, a bad attitude can still make you lost your job.

I watch a movie titled Dirt, a while back, the best driver on that team because of arrogant thought nobody could replace him.

the boss after getting fed up with his attitude told him to leave, believing to get someone better and they did.

What should know is that before you came in, the company was still function and without you, the company will still function.

So, without wasting much time, lets dive in to the topics at hand, and discuss further in context  

1. You and Your Coworkers Are Not on Speaking Terms

A workplace is supposed to be in unity and when you are constantly at a loggerhead with your colleague it makes the environment hostile.

Things are supposed to flow, especially conversation, because this way you share ideas on how to move forward.

Of course, they can be disagreements at times, but it should be handled immediately like matured adults.

Throw issues to your imaginary recycle bin over a handshake, a cup of coffee, or even lunch.

Do not allow the sun to go down on either of your anger, straighten things up.

Now, the biggest downside to this is that you can lose your job or all parties involved in the no talking terms can lose their jobs.

So, this is one thing you should look to eliminate if you are guilty of it, become the bigger person.

2. Disobeying A Superior's Orders

This is in fact the worst you can possess, it is the last straw, if you are guilty of this your future with the company might be hanging on a thread.

Nobody loves when their authorities are being threatened, and definitely not the boss or owner of the company.

When a message come from your superior try as much as possible to obey and carryout the instructions.

If you will be having any difficulties you can do well to make known any inconvenience to your boss.

Make sure he gets and approved the reasons; you will not be able to take that command.

3. I-don’t-care attitude to the growth on the company

This is another worst attitude towards your work place, try as much as possible to always care about the growth of the company.

Nobody wants a liability that always receive salary at the end of the month, or at the end of every week.

You must make sure your attitude towards the company that enable to earn a living is growing upwardly in trend.

This will not only secure your Job but can also earn you an increase in salary, which is a win-win for everybody.

4. Treating Your Customers in The Wrong Way

In business customers are always right, and every lifeline of a company depends on the customer.

If your customers are chased away by your attitude you will not only loose that customers but many others.

The reason is that bad news travel faster than good news, and be sure of a bad review on a website or face to face discussion.

And the way humans brain work is that, we are always on the look for the bad side and not the good one.

5. Mismanagement of Company Resources

If you are in charge of the company’s everyday running around, you should be more careful on how resources are distributed.

Make sure to be able to account for resources (especially money) because if you don’t it can lead to your service being terminated.

If you deliberate mismanage your company resources it is better you stop it immediately and be clean.

Because in a worst-case scenario, you will not only lose your job; you can land in jail, so it is better you are accountable for them.

6. Constant Disobedience to The Rules of The Workplace

Most people are fond of this, and it is not a good character or attitude in a workplace.

Most times some people feel they are too big, important or irreplaceable to abide by the rule.

The rules exist for a reason, and the reasons will definitely be for the best and not to kill the company.

So, if you deliberately ignore company rules, please try to adjust your character toward it.

Because you don’t know when you will be found wanting and you will definitely get sacked.

It is worthy to note that the list doesn’t end here, they are a lot of bad attitudes out there that can make you lose your job.

And the interesting thing about it is that you will know that what you are doing is not good, always try to listen to that voice, well except most people no longer have that conscience/inner voice again.
